1. Salary comes on 5th of every month 2. Bonuses and increments happens around Diwali of previous year 3. Negative environment 4. No acknowledgement regarding the work done 5. No team building attitude 6. Pulled down for something done wrong without a solution 7. Old way of working and attitude and working way 8. Too much politics 9. There is a fight and attitude issues between Triburg and Indian Inc. 10. Not a nice place to work for your metal health

Very well organised company which runs on a very systematic way. Great place to work, great working culture and lot to learn from the dynamic higher management.

Well there is nothing to dislike in here. Its one of the best organization to work with.

The only best thing about Triburg is they mold you in such a way that you live your product in depth which helps to have better understanding of your work and helps to attain self confidence.

Internal politics Stagnant in growth No work life balance, you are expected to work 24X7

Have good experience in very short period with Triburg. It's good institution for Youngers, and they can get right experience and build-up his carrier.

Dislikes

Poor working culture. Harrassment and policies too much in Triburg. Not a good overall experience with, & I will never prifer to join Triburg.

One works for the boss not the organization. So my boss for home furnishings was good.

Like I said above , one works for boss not organization so Ann Taylor department is hell to work for . The boss I had was - most disrespectful and rude. I would never recommend her division to any woman . If she is unmarried the she never get married or become a feiminist or if she is married than her life will be hell
