Managers are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hide on every year. Excellent people to work with and the overall work atmosphere is good. Always getting supports from seniors for any technical and non-technical issues. Getting the opportunity for working with different challenging technologies. Having different communities inside the organization to conducts celebrations, games, helping others etc..

Dislikes

The normal working hour is 8, but sometimes we may needs to spend more than 8 hours.

The organization is highly flexible and comfortable to work with. The company is encouraging both personal and professional growth. Employee-friendly culture and atmosphere. Lot of opportunities in different domains and latest technologies.

...d. Co workers are great and very friendly. Senior members are very helpful also. They also provide good renumeration for working on weekends and holidays (2 days salary for working for single day. One condition is that, the client should request for the weekend or holiday's work). Normal working hours are 40 hours per weekly and min 6 hours a day. (40 hours a week is compulsary). The appraisals are yearly and pretty good till now. average 10000 rs.

Dislikes

One thing is some projects are of tight schedule so one may have to work more than 8 hours a day. average 10 hours atleast.(In some projects). In some cases you'll have to work in other technologies other than the one you are master at and may get stuck on that.

Likes

Provided work from home. Allowed to take your office system home to work. Ships testing devices if required. Celebrations in Triassic are memorable. Co-workers from CEO to trainees are very friendly.

Dislikes

Very few team outings. No official trips for the past few years.
