Hello Job Seekers: This company has a worst culture and process - read the below points carefully before joining. Politics - Full of politics from Associate to Vice President Level. Job Security - Anyone or Any Level of Employee can be terminated on the SPOT * **HRs - The HRs are only hired for monitoring Social Media Review and Employee Layoffs - No other work for HRs. They will call you and informs 3 Hours before saying "Today is your last working day" - please return the laptop at office. ***Growth - a 8 years candidate becomes PMO Head and dictates to Vice Presidents (25 Years experience) to take notes on CEO meetings - Because CEO believes that English communication can run the company rather than Technology. *** An Architect who failed to deliver the basic migration project of GEHC - gets double promotion and survives with CEO Blessings as Political Expert. ****Promotion - Only the candidates who are playing well politics recognized and gets double/tiple promotions and continues in the organization - No value for potential candidates.

Job, Salary, Learning, Growth, Aspirations - Everything you forget - If you are joining here. You will be forced to follow someone, who doesnt have a basic Process or Technical Knowledge to lead and delivery the client business. If you have - Family, Financial needs, Loans and other dependencies - DO NOT JOIN this company, as HR may terminate in 2Hrs of time.

Good salary compensation and they will recruit only previous good background profiles who worked on tier 2 and tier 1 companies mostly.

Dislikes

There is no competitive work environment hence career growth is not that much level and due to market downfall job security is not good.

Pay is all fixed. No concept of variable pay until Senior Technical Lead.

Job security is very less. Be prepared to move out if you don't get any project. There are very less clients so very less chance to get the new project.

Nothing good to highlight. The company is good and they have good policies and benefits but work culture is bad. Some accounts are good but most of the projects driven by some individuals who do not have ethics and empathy

Good HR policies. Good health insurance policies Flexible timings (Based on Project) Good Team mates Trianz organizes lot of sports activities also you can play carrom/TT during office hours if you don't have work.

Some mangers plays politics so deserving one doesn't get benefited less salary increment
