- New technologies are not adopted. - Ideas are not encouraged from employees and all project decisions made by certain senior management personnel. - Hideous appraisal process. - Stupid working hour policy. - Strict WFO. - Gender discrimination during appraisals and promotions.

Likes

The company as like other MNC's does not provide job security, only good performer can stay for long. The working culture is good as it works on fixed timing (general shift). Employee welfare is very poor, management is only concern about results in spite no projects.

Dislikes

The company and its management work on old fashioned way and there is no room for new ideas, innovation and technology. Skill development and career growth is poor.

Managers are well equipped to convey very complex requirements from top level. Training given for new joinees

Dislikes

Management is not transparent. Management does not care about employees welfare. Career growth is good but appraisals are bad. There is bond for freshers.

Well first and foremost, I would say the company's overall reputation drew me in. i have been in Oracle Dev and support for 3+ years and Traid software Pvt Ltd has always been an leader in innovation and community friendly standards... While still allowing a healthy and positive work environment.. Thank you

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level...

No pressure to complete tasks, which make you lazy, No proper appraisal system to recognize talent and performance. project managers are good except one, and he is egoist, because of no proper planning or egoistic (top to bottom) approach they killed one good product. Recently 4 firings happened also!

Dislikes

Overall culture in the company should change to 2020 from 1990s.
