I don't have words to explain about tata. amazing tata. I love tataaaaaaaaaaa......... llllllllllll.....ooooooooo.....vvvvvvv...eeeee. such great company tata (Trent limited). if someone get opportunities to work in tata company, without hegistation join and work... because Tata is called trust. love tata..............

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

In tata Trent they are following they're rules and regulations. They never compormise there opinions. When ever I have any problem my senior will suggest me and help me out. In here we are working like a team. They have proper training facilities. They have pf and graduati. For performance basic they give promotion. And every year they have appraisal. They have good and friendly work environment.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Timing is pathetic.my average working our 13hour in Z254. Only one department manager I was there. Store manager is not available all time I have seen in 2 yrs So I have more pressure Posh policy is not good, all time boys are servibe, girls fault not seen by team,boys given resign by forcefully of posh team all time
