Salary and growth is very less sometime I disappointed in this situation . In 4 years I didn't get any promotion . And now my salary is 10000 so I am very upset.

Salary is negotiable for employees Member of the body , senior manager,officer feels like owner of store they always prefer for partiality ,no rules for OM,AOM , promotion belongs only for 'chmcha' person Worst experience with the staff.

The company is have job security for every employee especialy for woman and also the career growth to give best to better opportunitis for woman

Compensation is normal, and also growth is slow . I have to work 12 14 hours and the work presur is very high i have to attend customers on floor if thy apreciating me the managers dont mind but in case some of the few mistake by customer and also agrumnet with th us and cant solving the problem and asking to manager he has always humiliating us . Weather the mistake by the customer or employee.

Zero work life balance, Slow growth, internal management behave like we are pet dog's in his company. Everybody think like I am the owner of this company. You can understand it's wrong but,If you are shouting against them , then they will directly give you transfer out of city , even out of state also .
