Learn to daily new things, new challenges, l got 2 employee of month certificate, in a YEAR. I proud of my organization, I got weekend meeting staff performances ,motivation of the staff Iam always participate my organization any functions, motivational games, activities, sefty training, dancing /singing program. & I always help to my junior staff training, for how convincing to the customers ❓How to make a Big basket, How to make a paid enrollment, & How to find customers needs & How to fill customers satisfied in store, customers bounding, when customers entry in store they are saying like WERE IS RAMABAI She is very HELPING for me Iam so happy for that. My one request🙏 for a company night to much late leave for girls IKindly request because every girl no stay in secured place When shift time end at 9:30 than leave I know weekend time to much crowd in store we will manage for WEEKEND but WEEKDAYS We con't stay late time plz understand my fillings.
