Best company to start with, people here are too helpful as its tata you’ll find coolest heads here with most chilling work culture. Once you land here and money is secondary for yoo. You’ll be most satisfied with the job.

Your promotions and salary hike is stagnant. Great work culture comes at a cost of high salary obviously.

Salary and growth is very less sometime I disappointed in this situation . In 4 years I didn't get any promotion . And now my salary is 10000 so I am very upset.

Salary is negotiable for employees Member of the body , senior manager,officer feels like owner of store they always prefer for partiality ,no rules for OM,AOM , promotion belongs only for 'chmcha' person Worst experience with the staff.

Excellent teammates (mostly). Easy to work with cross functions as most people are approachable and helpful. Fair bit of international travel. Good work-life balance if you exclude travel in Mumbai.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths.
