Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the growth is average. The work pressure is high. Sometimes , i have to work for 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend the client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

It's good to start your career in this organization. But you'll not lern anything here. You'll get a experience here. That's all. Salaries are very low. Management is average.
