Bad work environment and culture, teammates are supportive but the management is not good , company policies are too bad , and if you join this company then forgot about appraisals , TA DA etc , they offer you that but you will never get these things .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't solve any issues , salary is good but you will never get growth in this company , they will through you out without any reason and without any notice or pip time line , two of my colleagues faced these problems. Over all they don't have any policy any agenda they are b2c company but working as b2b so there is a lot of problems in this company like fulfilment of market demands etc . Over work load and preasure

Got salary. on time and payslip also on time..

Dislikes

Laid off 300-400 on roll employees in march 2022. One whatsapp call all of a sudden and so many people lost their jobs. The founders mismanagement of funds , ED investogation - employees suffered at the end of the day. It is a startup but the culture of hierrarchy and subordination is strong. Employees harsly know each other. No sense of belonging to one company.

Worst company till now i'd worked. They don't even inform you before they closing company and even salary is not even credited for 3 months before leaving, i recommend don't work here they will just use you according to their work.

I would say a little bit of work-life balance was there.

NO JOB security, company got closed suddenly you get fired just like that even my HR flew with my last 2 months of salary and along with that 5 months of my PF amount too, pathetic company.

Working environment is not good. I Joined as intern, didn't get any good support for learning things, without any specific reason they said no to work in 20 days. I really not happy working in trell.
