Good work environment. Colleagues are supportive. offers Descent/average appraisals. Work life balance is good 👍 with Job security.

Average salary hikes. Working on traditional tech stacks no work on innovative/ trending technologies. Much of the task is Maintainance work.

1. Salary benefits are low as per industry standard. 2. HR are irresponsible. Latterly you have to beg for your FNF, from HR to senior management still they will not respond to you until you take a legal action.

Work life balance and you will get bus facilities with Lunch from company. This is the only thing us good at Trejhara Solutions.

There is no learning, you will downgrade your skills and experience, if you are working here. There is different roles and responsibilities, which is not matched your Job profile even didn't discuss during the interview. Seems they need senior candidates and giving work like freshers.
