...asted your 1 year, for new joiners it is like you are working for free 3 months. There is NO PF, NO OT, NO bonus they use pirated software I suggested you don't join this scammer company.

Training is done by coworkers who would have joined a while before you. Salary is very low. Esi pf never paid. Travel no company traveling benefits. Environment is very small and hardly any space to walk. Work life is ok but at last moment will try to finish targets so no proper planning from group leader.

If you are a fresher you can get some work experience.

Dislikes

Everything no learning, no OT, no PF, no hikes, salary delays 3-4months, no insurance, no work life balance, poor work culture, fraud management.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
