Great culture and team to work with ! The founders and my manager provide an incredible learning opportunity, and are open to new ideas. Everyone in the team is very supportive and come to the table with a problem-solving and empathetic mindset. The work life balance is quite good.

Should have more flexible work timings and mental health leaves

Likes

Allows me to work with diverse team of talented individuals. Leaders here are very supportive & understanding, provides ample opportunities for growth. Meaningful work that treelife offers makes its a fantastic place to grow both personally & professionally

Dislikes

Workload can be quite demanding, however this challenge is not unique to treelife and are common in many professional environments. Overall positive impacts of working at treelife outweighs these concerns for me.

Likes

The fact that there are open channels of communication among the peers and with the superiors. There is transparency and you are able to maintain a work life balance to a large extent.

Dislikes

Salary is a bit on the lower side.
