Leave Policy could have been much better, slight improvement in work life balance is required, rest is top class in this company

Salary benifits, good gifts and amazon vouchers, good hiring process.

Dislikes

They will hire you for Data Scientist roles but actually they Don't have work into this space. Mostly they have work into normal analytics and dashboards, or will put you in report support. So pls ask about how will you day on day look like and get your roles and responsibilities on email for sure, before joining. Concerns to Senior Management and HR's are mostly unaddressed and ignored.

The technical training that they provide is very fruitful to the career and it helps you a lot in handling large-scale projects. The type of project you work on are pretty good where you also learn domain knowledge

Salary is less and middle management is pathetic
