I do not like anything here. I advice everyone before joining this company contact previous or current employees. And do not trust on their positive reviews here because you can imagine how then gaining rating in just 2 months and there are only 50-200 employees and positive reviews given by over 200 employees.

...you will leave company before 2 years and without serving 3 month notice period. Hr are created their own rules in this company by cutting tax on just 16 k or below 20k salary and they are lying everytime to their employees. They rule this company and sometimes they also call you by changing their name. And you have to sit over 10 hour's without taking any break even for 2 min they will msg or call if you showing offline for only 5 min, such a worst management and worst HR's that I have seen in my life. They are doing scam, and sometimes you also don't get increment after 1 year. These things management will not tell you. You have to contact with employees for getting full details of this fraud company and fraud HR's.

The salary is only 12,000 which is well below industry standard. To make matters worse, they don't provide a payslip so you have no way of tracking your earnings and deductions. When I asked for a salary increment after my year of service, they made different stories to avoid an increment that felt completely unprofessional. It's clear that they do not value their employees. What is worse in this company is If you have a above 15,000 salary they cut taxes when you ask for a reason they say go to Google and check yourself. Save yourself the headache and look for better opportunities elsewhere.

If you really want to join this company then please before joining, do more research about Trawex try to consult with employees who are working in this company and ex employees also, do not believe the positive reviews and HR words they are just manipulating words. If you believe than you will regret after joining in this company. And also don't believe fake reviews that posted on Ambition box try to consult employees, who are working in Trawex because we also not satisfied with the company management rules. Here HR are doing scam and also force us to write positive reviews of Trawex on Ambition box.

...s circumstances. If you will join this company u will regret in your whole life. Here we have to do same task on the daily basis, no skill development, no career growth, no stability, less salary, more pressure and also cut tax on low salary. HR's are shameless they cut my salary on just 18500 and they also force us to do positive reviews on ambition box. Some of the employees got scared and do positive reviews forcefully and many positive are given by HR's only because here only 51-200 employees and you can see how they gain their reviews so fast in just two months after finding out the negative reviews given by past employees or who work in this company. HR's have their own rules and management in this company I have also heard from every past employees that they have not provided them any documents after left this company. I don't know what is the reason behind this to not provided the legal documents. I think this HR's are becoming oversmart to them and after asking for documents they blocked their number also, how they make fool to their employees firstly they will manipulate you to join in this company and after that they will do anything illegal which they want to do like cut tax on such low salary you have to sit over 10 hour's after completion of task also. And yeah most important important thing offer letter they will provide you after one week of your work and their mention you have to stay in this company for 2 years and at the they will tell there is no bond but still you have to serve company for 2 years. HR management is not good here. I wish this HR's should be terminated and another HR should be hire for this company, I can't reveal there name but they should be removed. Only 2 HR's who are making fool to their employees and manipulate them to work here and in return you have to serve these 2 HR's additionally in return they will give you nothing. Your experience will spoil in this company because you get nothing not good salary, not any documents, tax deductible on such low salary, not any career growth. I work for 3 years and I do same work on the daily basis I am not gaining anything from this company. I only gain pressure and tax deduction in return. And they also don't increase salary after 1 year of some employees you can see how over smart they are. I advice every employee before joining this company do proper research hr is not good here I will not advice anyone to join in this company even I am looking for another opportunity and some employees stay here in this company for their comfort they do not want to leave their comfort zone even HR exploit them or cut tax they will still remain in this company.

...ooking for a secure and fair workplace. Stay away and save yourself the trouble. The salary is much below the industry standard. They provide a low salary with excessive pressure.
