I do not like anything here. I advice everyone before joining this company contact previous or current employees. And do not trust on their positive reviews here because you can imagine how then gaining rating in just 2 months and there are only 50-200 employees and positive reviews given by over 200 employees.

Dislikes

There are 2 hr's who running this company there name is Divyashree and shweta. If you get any call from them, then try to run away from these HR 's, they are doing fraud and they do not provide relieving and experience letter after leaving this company. If you really want these documents then you have to stay in this Company for 2 years and also serve 3 month notice period and at the time of joining these things HR will not tell you that they will not provide any documents if you will leave company before 2 years and without serving 3 month notice period. Hr are created their own rules in this company by cutting tax on just 16 k or below 20k salary and they are lying everytime to their employees. They rule this company and sometimes they also call you by changing their name. And you have to sit over 10 hour's without taking any break even for 2 min they will msg or call if you showing offline for only 5 min, such a worst management and worst HR's that I have seen in my life. They are doing scam, and sometimes you also don't get increment after 1 year. These things management will not tell you. I don't like here hr management they deducted the tax in 15k salary only. Hr are doing scam to their employees they even won't provide you payslip and experience letter after leaving the company. And we have to sit over 10 hours with such low salary without taking break if our system show 2 min offline they will msg us and even call us. I Don't like management here I am saying this again and again you will regret to join in this company. Here you also don't get much skill you have to work on same task for 3-4 years. Here you won't get any carrier growth your growth will be stopped in this company and after leaving this company there is very struggle to join in another company due to less growth....Read More

I joined Trawex Technologies with high expectations, but my experience has been disappointing. While some colleagues are supportive and the office space is decent, the management is disorganized and lacks clear communication. There’s little to no support for career growth, and promotions seem arbitrary at best. The work-life balanceis virtually nonexistent, with unrealistic expectations leading to constant overtime. Additionally, the culture feels toxic, discouraging open feedback and innovation. I had a disappointing experience working at Trawex Technologies. The HR team displayed unprofessional behaviour on multiple occasions, they even blocked my number for asking pay slip and experience letter. Even company director has not supported for us for this act of HR. There were instances where communication was unclear and certain promises made during hiring were not honoured. It felt like transparency was lacking and some practices raised concers about fairness and ethics.
