The work culture is very toxic with a very damaging level of micromanagement. No feedback and questions are allowed and if you raise your voice you'll be terminated with no notice and no proper justification. I strictly advise people to contact previous employees to get proper reviews before taking step in this company and guess what they don't have office place to work. I don't like here hr management they deducted the tax in 15k salary only. Hr are doing scam to their employees they even won't provide you payslip and experience letter after leaving the company. And we have to sit over 10 hours with such low salary without taking break if our system show 2 min offline they will msg us and even call us. I Don't like management here I am saying this again and again you will regret to join in this company. Here you also don't get much skill you have to work on same task for 3-4 years. Here you won't get any carrier growth your growth will be stopped in this company and after leaving this company there is very struggle to join in another company due to less growth....Read More

The HR team displayed unprofessional behaviour on multiple occasions, they even blocked my number for asking pay slip and experience letter. Even company director has not supported for us for this act of HR. There were instances where communication was unclear and certain promises made during hiring were not honoured. It felt like transparency was lacking and some practices raised concers about fairness and ethics.
