Salary is not given on time. Worst working environment. No basic facility Too much of restrictions No leave policy you will have to beg so much for 1 day leave. Will make you stay after shifts timing.

The working parten and learning, on time salary release, everything transparent and clear, I got my appointment latter after 15days of joining in my previous company I got it in 2.5 months, Good company

Nothing more apart from leave policy, I understand everything but it will be good if they can bit relax about their leave policy

There are fair chances of show your skills and you will get hike even at the time of minimum growth of the company.

They are looking for the big plans for organization and for all of the us that's why policy is bit strict.

Company employer are very friendly in nature help you when you stuck in the or facing problem

There is no work life balance and the wastes of time is always high company policy does not include employee benifit or satisfaction there is no proper rules for building stress free environment.
