...this to be a rant! This company is terrible. Please look to work someplace else. Don't get lured by the decent salary package. They (the founders) will be breathing down your neck constantly.. Nobody is happy here. All are counting days and are looking to exit. Most of the developers leave just after clocking 12 months, that tells a lot about the company.

Dislikes

As I said, there is everything to dislike about this company. Constant micro management will take a toll on your mental peace. They would be willing to track every second of your time if they could. The projects are terrible (mostly meaningless frontend changes). The numbers of the company is also terrible and I am pretty sure the founders also know that the company is going under and are involved in money laundering and filling their own pockets. I wouldn't want you to not believe me and find out yourselves.

Worst Company Culture. Not Hearing Junior's Problems/Issues. Manager Level People(Sales) are very Rude & Unprofessional & Egoistic. You can't balance work & personal life.

Inhumane, Insensitive , pushing people for commission based roles, not valuing emotional or physical health of employees Making employee work in a location where they don't have office ,

Nothing to like as they dont listen to their Junior, they have blind trust on their so called seniors.

Dislikes

Poor Work Culture, No Job Security, No Work Life Balance, No1 is there to listen you / understand what you want to say. Over Confident Team Manager Jo khud to Duba but Bakiyon ki Nayya bhi bina vajah duba di.
