... at the Gandhinagar branch and I can only say this about this particular office. The teammates, culture, salary, career growth, everything was terrible. There was a lot of politics and people didn't seem to mind their own business but wanted to get all the details from you- personal and work related. That was a huge turn-off for me. Also, talking about religion and politics was more than what is required at work and especially at places like Oracle. The Directors were nice and the only good people at oracle here other very few other people. The work is also on an age old architecture which I was a part of.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.
