Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Except team support. Nothing much.

Dislikes

They doesn't provide on time salary. No job security. False promises. They do scams on new joiners. Management is not available for any issues. Be aware before joining to this company. Not at all recommended.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

An excellent it was but after take over of Excel Business Solutions everything came to an end and I strongly admire the company to come back strongly with its problems and provide us the same work which the company had done it for employees like us.

Dislikes

Nothing at all, it was a dream come true for employees who really work hard and I have never earned so much in my whole career but the first month only my salary perks was 65k highest ever in my career.
