The management is honest and understanding, work culture is great, even at COVID times there was no salary deduction.

Growing organization so processes are still underdevelopment, if you want to apply for a position within the company then it might not be approved easily.

Nothing to dislike. Just infrastructure is little old style, they should bring in modern washrooms etc.

Salary gets credited on 1st of every month. They will try their best to adjust you in other projects if you are on bench.

Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects. Coward, incapable, egoistic, self obsessed Managers like Hitesh and other management leaders have ruined prestigious projects of the company. There is no vision, roadmap they have of their own. They are just puppets of the client. They are calling employees to the office but managers, HR themselves don't come. Management should hire bold, good decision maker manager's who can maintain a balance between client and the resources.
