...asy.And work life balance is sometimes hectic due to less strength of employees.But compensation and benefits have been great and work flexibility is really attractive.

...d platform to learn new technologies. Earlier, (before 2019) team was very good. Since start of 2019, we were not receving salary on time and after sometime it took more months to provide a salary. Still, i havent received pending salary for the year 2020.

Dislikes

They are not transparent. They just lie to you every single time when we ask what is going on and when our salary will be provided. HR team never proved to be helpfull and finance team never been responsive to our claims / financial related emails. In fact, u must be lucky guy to get response from finance team.

There is no work life balance and policies. Dont come and dont be suck

Dislikes

There is no power to HR and management play like anything. you have to adjust, they will make you like this.. there is no policies, based on the situation management will act. they will not consider about employee things and they will any value the money

Great atmosphere to work for ppl in various stages of career.Gives ample opportunities if you are willing to take up.

Dislikes

Training for Freshers is not available.they have to learn and amp up their skill on their own

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
