Sallery is good but career growth is slowon the job training is not given to New joining.

Compensation, Work life balance and company culture are decent but you may feel a poor job security.

Initially when company started everything was good, but slowly it became Top driven companies. Only few people dictate terms , people sitting in HQ are God's, people generating revenue are given no importance.

Lack of Communication, Unfair Pay No Job Security Under Appreciation Favoritism Overworked Micromanagement Incompetent Managers No Opportunity for Advancement Overbearing Boss

...e on Sunday also..no matter company pays you overtime but this could be hectic..salary is decent but growth is constan here.
