Quite poor hierarchy level placed in GBD, company policy is very poor on terms or Home intake on salary and seniority status Strict working hours 7 days working, where as in shipping always 5 days working implanted in industry, policy not aligned as per current shipping trend

Salary comes before 1st of each month. Nothing more than that is likeable about this company.

Politics at all levels. Favoritism. Video calls at 10 PM (no-work life balance) Selfish bosses who only care about their benefits. You need to say yes to everything your superior says otherwise you can be humiliated. This is not a place for an educated employee as uneducated folks are sitting at top positions.
