1) no work life balance 2)toxic work culture 3) excessive micromanagement along with pressure 4)lead engineer doesn't know anything technically 5) will give you work in evening and will pressurize you to complete it in night. 6) there are no priorities specified on work whatever comes to you you have to do 7) Every project you will have to work with incomplete data. 8) No scope for improvement

Good place to learn and grow your knowledge. Supportive and understanding colleagues. There are company rooms for employees.

Dislikes

There is no proper training for new joinees, about their role and how the company works. The work-life balance is poor and employee benefits are very minimal.

Never ever seen such kind of Worst company, worst management (HR & GM).. THEY HAVE SO MUCH OF OWN RULE AGAINST CONSTITUENT. Main management people have relationship each other hence if they did mistake also you are the culprit. Staff's should work more than 8 hrs/day (more than 10 hrs) without zero benifits some time you have to work 24 hrs with nill benifits.
