Nothing is good about this company apart from learning something like how to clean specks and floor, toilets and handling customer issues. If you work with lenskart your patience level will increase for sure😂 because u will have to do cleaning, even toilet, floor and everything like cx complaints etc, which they never mention at the time of joining nor it will be mentioned in your offer letter

...ppreciate and recognise people's who are giving their best every single time. But no they will have deductions from the salary every month for cleaning audits etc. (Where they never keep any housekeeping even in flagship stores) Whenever any store store achieves their target, it means store will get good incentives but end of the month the store will have some kind of audit to hold the incentives for all the staffs there at the store. And the kind of pressure they put for sales, insurance, high value orders, progressive orders and conversion etc. Its just next level! Lenskart is only customer oriented company ( at the same time there is lot of cheating with customers, never been transparent to the customers, which customers never know) Never ever join lenskart, Optometrist Better stay jobless rather than joining lenskart. They will make u do cleaning and sale with salary of just 22k , max 24k if u have experience. And then there is a bulsh!t guy called Oliver kaye, CXO, he puts another level of pressures to staffs for sale, cleaning and deductions every single month without any transperancy. Cheers, Choose wisely

🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. If you stand store for growth 📈 they not appreciate. Moral of story :- Waste time & experience. big👎👎👎

Salary gets credited on time.

Dislikes

Frequent shuffling of stores. Baised and unprofessional behaviour from AOM. Partiality and politics prevails within the cluster. If you are not a big Jalra then you have to suffer. All your efforts will not get unnoticed and will not be appreciated and your growth will be stopped by the AOM by giving bad remarks to the organisation. If you are a female employee then you can survive here, you will get all privilege by being nice to the AOM. Very cheap mentality.
