My team was good, and my training under my boss was very much satisfactory.

Dislikes

Here , a lot to discuss. Employees have limited career growth. True value of work is recognized and some time u may end up training your newly appointed boss. U need to play a wise politics to get promoted. Percentage of honest employees resign out of frustration with out having job offer on hand. Honest employees are expected to report at 7 Am and leave around 8Pm, while wise employees are allowed to report at 10Am and leave at 4 PM. If any honest Employees continue leaving before 8 PM for more than 3 days than he or she may get notice sheet. Talking about increment, true value of work is not paid here. Junior or a person working under you may get higher incentives than you. Again, here you will have to act wisely to get good increment ( interm of politics)
