Not much employee benefits in terms of leaves, salary, compensations, meager medical benefits

You are independent to work on new technology, if you've new ideas than you can work on it. Will get the lot of exposure and for beginners this is the perfect place to kick start your career, but I believe that you should give your best too. Good work environment and culture. Colleague are very supportive.

Manager plays a lot of politics, being good only to the ones he is close to. Training would not be given, just learn everything by your own. While joining they say Saturday off but as days go on you will have to work on Saturday also. No value for their employees before work. no fixed work timing(Come on time but have to wait until the task is complete, and task is sometimes given when you are about to leave, so they as us to complete that and leave)
