...that is the probation period no leaves except one day each month for sick leave. If it's emergency then they might allow but get ready for Loss Of Pay. Overall I would say as a fresher you can get in for the corporate culture experience. And yearly hikes and promotions are terrible.

I absconded from TSI as there is medical emergency during my maternity leave.... After that I am ready to pay for notice period compensation but they didn't provide me any experience letter or relieving letter. Even they didn't give me last working date in their records.

Everything is there is just un ethical.
