Got laid off at May end, even though they knew it will be very hard to search for some other job in this pandemic. Work culture is not that great but depends upon who's your manager. Company policy is such that for the first 6 months that is the probation period no leaves except one day each month for sick leave. If it's emergency then they might allow but get ready for Loss Of Pay. Overall I would say as a fresher you can get in for the corporate culture experience. Abbas who is the AM,the most egoistic man I have ever seen and the Operation manager Sundar and the Senior Manager John,they mock with my name they made feel like somebody has done any favour to by giving me the title of team..these f@$k3rs are insulting you in the in interview only then imagine how they will be with you in the office..
