Likes

Most of the employees at Trans Scan Securities are working for more than 10-15 years. The management is very employee friendly and looks after any issues when shared with them taking necessary actions. Company policies are very well framed fir proper coordination and maintaining good work environment.

Dislikes

Sometimes timings are really hectic as it is a stock brokerage company so few departments employees has to give extra time to complete daily requirement as it's mandatory for regulatory compliance. But not always those efforts are properly compensated.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
