The management is very employee friendly and looks after any issues when shared with them taking necessary actions. Company policies are very well framed fir proper coordination and maintaining good work environment.

Dislikes

Sometimes timings are really hectic as it is a stock brokerage company so few departments employees has to give extra time to complete daily requirement as it's mandatory for regulatory compliance. But not always those efforts are properly compensated.

Work life balance was quite good other than few days Or particular season with extra work load. The working environment is very friendly and overall work life balance is quite good.
