Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I am so lucky becouse i am doing job in trans asia last 10 year. The management is very supportive also workers and engineers. One more thing our annual leave duration is not good some peoples got every 6 month leave and someone after 1.5 year so take action on this matter.

Salary is decent but career grouth is very slow. When anyone new joining trans asia his salry is very good like 5 to 6 thousand but trans asia experienced workers getting very less salry. Old workers has good experience according to new workers, so take care about old workers

Company culture is terrible. They resort to politics a the time. The company is run by kins of owners and as you expect there aren't any rules whatsoever. My experience there was bad.

This is training school for fresheners only if you belong to Adhra Pradesh and Tamil .

Job security - Good

1.Faborism 2. Less changes to grow for outsiders, 3. No family life for employees who generating most revenue for company. 4.being a service provider company don't have job rotation.
