No work life balance as you have to work all 7 days. Salary hike & promotion is only for the Bootlickers. Job security is zero as they have said to many employees "Don't come from tomorrow". You can't develop your Skills and don't try to learn new things as you might look out for new company/jobs, which will become loss for them as they might get paid from the client for you. Work satisfaction is also zero, because you can't do whatever you like and you have to work according to them even if it is downgraded your skills.

No proper management. Business centric company rather than employee centric. No employee benefits other than salary. Salary can be stopped anytime by the company. No proper communication channel Company can terminate employees without any notice
