companies work culture is very pathetic and there is no transparency in company , seniors can do anything they want no one is ready to talk to employees , no one takes feedback , some guys run the company if anyone will raise any issue he will be thrown out of company. kind of dictatorship in company, you are nothing in company only your boss is everything , if you raised any problem no one will going to talk to you about that may be next day you will be pushed to leave or you ready to pay the consequences .. very bad experience after working many years even you are not safe and you will fill that you wasted a valuable time of your life in the company

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...ferent. Job security is Zero because you'll not achieve your target, you'll out. Salary is on time some how they are deducted some amount on salary. Work culture is poor. If you'll suggest good things your senior don't listen.

My team mates and manager were awesome. no politics. you will get the salary regularly on time.

No employee friendly conditions at all, this doesn't motivate employees it rather scares them with salary deductions. No petrol allowances, more pressure, gradually trying to decrease the growth of employees.
