Senior level is not capable for company bec some time give high salary & sales people are working low salary & my experience is very bad..

Salary, incentive structure & growth opportunities are very good.

Salary, incentive structure & growth is really good but the only thing company lacks is business ethics. They drown hard earned money of people by forcibly asking them to trade on intraday calls for generating brokerage. No positional trade or strategic trade is done by dealers. They can clean up clients 1 lakh rupees in mere 2-3 days.

I don't have any thing right now in mind for such company....when I was working company is growing stage and in between I leaved this company due to my health....bt HR is very supportive in the company....

Don't comment any thing about the company.....I worked and got the salary from the company.

Team management is very good, working environment is excellent, time to time salary will get processed no politics you get reward as per your performance, you will learn new things everyday.
