Working environment are good, their sales leads generation process really helps

HR, well sadly but the dept. Responsible to making organisation a better place for employees is making it tuff for most of them around.. Apart from that zero career growth.. I mean a employee with zero experience and an professional with 3-4 yrs of expertise is made to do the same job.. Designation, is for name sake you your immidiate boss your junior and trainee everyone is made to to do same thing indivisial sales...
