Thinking to login in tracxn at punching hours will give pain in ur spine( 11 hrs job) Everyday you curse urself Y you had joined this company and played with ur career. No job security (hiring - firing policy) LALA Culture. So much internal politics you can't even imagine. Management is pathetic, they don't lisn, not welcoming to any idea, it's tracxn way or exit way, moreover if you from non IT domain then never join Tracxn, nobody will teach/guide you, in the end they will make you feel like it's your mistake you joined their company, There is login time but no exit time usually 10 straight hours one need to work without lunch break. Mistakenly if you had taken loo/ lunch break then ur boss will ask to raise a ticket and discuss this with management on it. If you got the deal then supervisor will eat credit and if you don't then he will defame you in front of everyone on floor (lala culture) Forget about leaves they will make you work on Holi n Diwal. It's all leaves on paper Strict No No for Girls. Supervisors are nincompoop they not sure what his team should do. Which results in mass layoff every quarter Most funny thing in exit they will follow up 5 times a day to submit laptop, once you done rishta khatam they will stop taking your call no support on fnf and any query.

...amongst people. Very rude Play with people's career with no sense of direction The management team are liars of the highest order in terms of the salary structure The company projects itself something that it is not (they are doing a simple copy pasting work) and hiring IIM's for that

...s people very often. 5.Even after hiring, they look for cheaper replacements. 6.Salaries are lower than what other companies pay. 7.Office hours are strict (9 am - 6 pm) and being late is not tolerated.

Imagine your client related to company executives as "BANIYA", yes it happened 🤣. Imagine the the transparent one on one with with the founder is not one on one. Believe your subordinates and the company knows your next action before you do. Plus a public company which actually doesn't have a Mission or Vision statement literally and figuratively (calls and reviews).

1. Only work in Excel sheets. Only data entry works. Please don't waste your time here. 2. You will easily get promotions here from executives to Direct Manager - Operations only with data entry knowledge. That too with 20k-25k salary. Same with manager to Direct Senior manager( 30k-35k) and AVP ops (35k- 45k). Just imagine if you apply outside with AVP ops/ Manager ops with this data entry experience. It's a trap. 3. Top management only focused on earning money. They are not even 1% serious regarding skill improvement of employees. They have rolled out some policies but only for show off. 4. Before IPO, they launched many employees centric polices to take care of employees. After IPO, they started laying off many of their old employees which were with company from starting. 5. Those who has to only do a job and no intention of career growth, then only continue in this company( Data operations department).
