Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's is very good for working in this company this company it's not only about the work but also for skill development of humans .n the job satisfaction is very good I learend a lot from this company n this is very support full for my career .The relationship of employee and employer is also very good and here is unity of command also follow by the company this is the biggest .point about this company.my experience is very good .
