Work life balance is the only thing thay is good about the organization.

Dislikes

Appraisal, promotion, salary, work culture, company policy every thing is very shady and poor nothing is clear to the employees. There is no definite policy for anything and the promotion and appraisal is the wrost part. Try to avoid it if possible for a better and brighter future.

I loved the working hours of the company. The company being a joint venture with Govt. Of Odisha, the candidate may enjoy state holidays along with the other assigned holidays by giving time to family.

No growth. Compromised POSH Committee Not at all a healthy atmosphere for ladies HR doesn't provides bonus if a candidate resigns mid month.

It's Culture to Praise some one recognision we get along..

Dislikes

Salary Structure of AOT thers lots of deductions even if we get 10k rent 3.6k approx gets cut in HRA and others thing from our salary just by applying CLA. Terrible issues in salary disbursal and also CLA takes 2-3 months for approval in hand after cutting is just 15k to an officer itself that's less than the our vendors ITIs under us felt bad to say our salary out there.

Tata brand, policy for employee care like housent rent, Medical insurance, PF and other long term plannings..

Dislikes

Work culture not upto TATA power mark, passing on hat culture, HR policy of salary difference is high particularly between who joined as GET in TATA and joined in experienced designation. Many exp ppl who actually do work also leaving only due to same reason. Local travel policy has to be made better like providing vehicle or travel compensation, food for engineers who work in ground for more hours and travel

...fter recruitment. HR team doesn't respond properly to the problems of employees. Salary structure is worse. Management believes on advertisement instead of actual work. HR department exist only for useless meetings and PPTs. Management force employees to work on holidays and weekends but no policy of holiday allowance or weekend allowance. Till now HR team are not aware of what are the policy available here. There are no self time for employees. Zero work life balance. Toxic ambiance and work culture. Management is degrading the Tata brand here.
