physically and mentally you tired while doing this job, and salary is way less compared to workload.

I woked at Toyota as a client location, if you got an opportunity in design field then don't join, work is fully like labour work so please don't join, one advantage is they will pay good salary compared to other companies . Respect is Only for employees U need to do the work what employees assign you irrespective of your Designation and Qualification.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good,they give bonus every year. Safety point of view it's a best company. Very supportive teammates.

No job security, promotion,career growth and appraisal for contractors. Poor salary increment for contractors.

Safety and environment policies are good. Leaders good and supportive. About pay scale they should improve and should give accomodations like pf and esi for the trainee also, from that trainee also feels safe.

Management doesn'nt address our issue, after the contract if trainee was good in work they should hire for the company, they ashould also give incentives like pf and esi for the trainee also.

I would like to tell about training..apprentiship tainees are not having a sufficient training about process i;e (sequence operation process)they don't have a good training..and all are in good condition to work in tkm and now a days work pressure is more..tq u.
