I would like to tell about training..apprentiship tainees are not having a sufficient training about process i;e (sequence operation process)they don't have a good training..and all are in good condition to work in tkm and now a days work pressure is more..tq u.

Hii..generally I speak about my experience in tkm.am worked as diploma apprenticeship trainee..tkm is a good automobile company to work in tkm..and having lot of challenges in tkm to production start up and maintain the other activities and other things.
