Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. The Brand name in itself is the key highlighter for the company. The Focus on the safe work environment is on top priority. System is well in place.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation is terrible and growth is slow as snail. Management seems to exploit the worker category with their very low compensation plan and false promises.
