Their HR Anima had shortlisted my CV for the position of deputy manager in kotak mahindra bank and post which she gave me a call for scheduling the interview for better position but at a lesser salary package.

Dislikes

First they arrange an interview for a nice managerial position in the bank and on the day of the interview they blatantly tell you why my cv was not shortlisted after scheduling my interview with the bank. They've made a joke of a brand of a major bank and played with the aspiring applicants. Post which at the last moment they give lame excuses for the last moment rejection and block your WhatsApp and number instead of acknowledging the mistakes by their HR. This shows how incompetent the employees of this consultancy are. There should be some set rules for such consultancies.
