What I dislike about Totality Corp is that, due to the busy schedules of team leads, employees often go unappreciated. When employees feels unvalued, it can significantly affect the company's productivity and bottom line.

My journey here has been truly remarkable - a wonderful start to my career. I've had the privilege of learning so much from my dedicated team and our inspiring Team Lead. The atmosphere here has been nothing short of comfortable, nurturing my growth. I've always been encouraged to make decisions, share my thoughts and ideas confidently, and work on my projects with the freedom to lead. Whenever challenges arise, I've had the unwavering support of my incredible team to guide me in the right direction.
