I like working here in Totality corp because here we all have the liberty to express our views. Decision are made on the basis of logic, not on the basis of designations. Logic always wins, not the experience and designations.

What I dislike about Totality Corp is that, due to the busy schedules of team leads, employees often go unappreciated. When employees feels unvalued, it can significantly affect the company's productivity and bottom line.

Nothing, it’s genuinely the best place to work at.

Work policy: Mostly the company has been working from home, when it's required or meet usually then people come. Only the marketing team is working from office as of now.
