I think based on experiences and previous comments of the employees ambition box should omit this comment section as it is clearly understood that company like TIMS doesn't deserve any likes.

...n is the low budget and company is not capable to gain control of the projects so its a waste of time and energy of the employees those who join this company only for salary hike learning ,growth, skillset is a big zero

It is that type of company where director resigns and gives the responsibilities to 0 experience people for the management Reason is non availability of the projects So i dont think there is something to like about this company

There is no project currently and the company is in no position to get any the budget is so low that the management team is unable to pay the engineers basic salary No positive point about this organisation

if you want to learn mis management, cheap politics, fraud and do timepass then join this company because there is 0 learning and exposure if you get work experience unnecessary harassment to the working employees so who wants to join this company please think 2-3 times before applying

It always recognises and rewards hard works with promotions and salary increases. - It’s a totally performance based company which values and wants to maintain their brand image for their clients. They always support and give chance to those who r underperforming but consistent poor work to lead to take them serious decisions to maintain standards. - if you’re dedicated and ready to perform and grow then this is definitely a good place for you.
