Not preferable to join this company, within one month they will ask you to leave that company without any reason and there is no job security, everyone leaving that company because of their bad culture, everyone leaving the company within one month of joining the company I saw 3-4 members left the company within one month of joining. Please don't join this company.

I have learned a lot in my domain while working at TIMS. The Director here is very helpful and gives timely feedback. There are a lot of opportunities that employees are getting, especially in the Learning and Development domain, we have client interactions and work on Virtual Reality projects.

At times, when my peers are on leave, it gets difficult to deliver the projects on time.

Pipeline related projects are very good. People coming from site would benefit with lot of knowledge that can be gained. Team is very supportive in teaching and sharing knowledge. Office space is great with lot of facilities.
