Well as an employee and that too on project based employee I just want to say that timimg of salary is very bad,not so active staff.Whenever I ask about salary they are behaving like they don't know me :-)

Just salary issue.Salary is never on time.After 70-80 days of working you'll expect salary.HR department is very bad.

Every month salary issue and if u have any problem salary or other then senior not received call like HR.,CO and any management

toshniwal not providing offer letter ,salary slip,PF and ESIC NOT availabe in company according to company employees are under temporary basis .so we can not provide insurance paper and pf forms,after working 3 year i have not got permanate ...

...ust people trying to harm each other. 3. No HR policy 4. No proper hierarchy 5. No appraisals, there are people who are working on the same salary for 6 years. 6. Can even get called on sunday and wont pay you for extra time given to the company. Call it a shop not a company
